FAQ

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most pieces are 3D printed to order and finished by hand in our Isle of Wight workshop, so small variations and fine layer lines are normal.

Can I choose the colour?

Many of our designs can be printed in custom colours. Message us before ordering with the colours you would like and we will confirm what is possible.

How do I order a personalised or custom piece?

Place your order, then send us your photo or design details quoting your order number. You can email 3dprintziow@gmail.com or use our contact page. For custom busts and figurines we design the model first and print once it is approved.

Can you quote for larger orders?

Yes. Send us the product, quantity and colours you need and we will reply with a quote.

How much is delivery?

UK Standard delivery is free on orders of £24.99 and over, and £3.55 below that. See Delivery and returns for details.

What is your returns policy?

Please see our Refund policy.
