All products are designed and produced by 3D Printz IOW. Many items are custom made or printed to order. Colours, finishes, and minor details may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing and screen differences. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP. Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or incorrect.

5. Custom and Made to Order Items

Custom and personalised items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. For this reason, these items are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.

6. Refunds and Replacements

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping

Dispatch times may vary depending on whether an item is made to order. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of 3D Printz IOW unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
