Made to order

Most of our items are 3D printed to order and finished by hand in our Isle of Wight workshop, so please allow time for production before your order is dispatched. Personalised items, such as custom busts, figurines and photo keyrings, are made once we have your photos or details and, where needed, your approval of the design.

If you need an item by a particular date, please message us before ordering and we will let you know whether we can meet it.

Problems with delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has not arrived, please email 3dprintziow@gmail.com with your order number. Our Refund policy explains returns and refunds.
