Assembly Instructions

First Step

Place the bottom plate down with the hanger positioned on the left side.

Add the large gear with the handle into the far right slot.

Place the small gear in the middle slot.

Finally, place the remaining large gear in the left slot.

Second Step

Place the top cover over the gears and ensure the sliding hole lines up with the handle.

Press the parts together until they click securely into place.

Third Step

Glue the chain to the boxing bag.

Then glue the other end of the chain to the hanger.

Fourth Step

Slide the boxer figure onto the gear.

When sliding it into place, ensure the handle sits in the centre of the slider.

If this is not aligned correctly, the mechanism will not rotate the full 180 degrees.

What To Glue

Only the following parts require glue:

• The chain to the boxing bag

• The chain to the hanger

If the boxing figure feels slightly loose on the gear, a small amount of glue can be added.

No other parts should require glue.
